WAO Vietnamese Food Truck offers delicious Vietnamese food prepared fresh from our kitchen on wheels.

WAO TRUCK is owned and operated by Chef Thomas Nguyen. In the 1970′s his family owned the famous Huong Hoa’s Bakery in Vietnam. Today his three sisters run popular Vietnamese restaurants in Canada, France and  Australia. Chef Thomas draws on family recipes as well as his own creations to provide the signature dishes for WAO TRUCK.
